Valerio Onida, classe ’36, ex Presidente della Corte Costituzionale a 549 mila euro l’anno e ignorante. Se è lecito a chiunque, siamo in democrazia, sostenere qualsiasi opinione e qualsiasi posizione politica anche le più fantasiose o ridicole, non è altrettanto lecito, andare in televisione e dimostrare davanti a milioni di telespettatori di non aver mai impegnato nemmeno un euro di quel notevole stipendio per studiare la storia, dimostrando a tutti la propria ignoranza e in un certo qual senso “sputtanando” anche il ruolo che ha ricoperto e non facendo nemmeno onore al fatto che insegni Diritto Costituzionale all’università di Milano. Avere come professore un ignorante non deve di certo far piacere.
Durante il confronto con il Ministro Maria Elena Boschi, l’emerito ex Presidente ha sostenuto che i nostri padri in occasioni particolari nominassero due dictator i quali udite udite, addirittura si alternavano, a controbilanciare il poteri dell’uno e dell’altro. Niente di più falso, la figura del dictator era una soltanto che riuniva in se i poteri di due consoli ed era un incarico a termine. Nominava, questo si, un suo subalterno il magister equitum , subalterno, non pari a lui.
La lista di coloro che furono nominati dictator è lunga ma sempre uno alla volta mai due, probabilmente l’esimio giurista confonde con il Consolato, un motivo in più per spendere qualche euro per acculturarsi ed evitare meschine figure in televisione sebbene sia portato a credere che di questo strafalcione pochi se ne siano accorti.
Il motivo per il quale Onida si è inventato di sana pianta la figura del duplice dictator è semplice al fine di poter dimostrare che questa riforma costituzionale va nel senso della concentrazione dei poteri, cosa che non facevano nemmeno gli antichi romani quando in momenti particolari nominavano un dittatore, ovvero ne nominavo due cosi che uno non potesse prevaricare l’altro, Peccato si tratti di una colossale “balla” e peccato che noi cittadini abbiamo speso tanti soldi per averlo come Presidente della Corte Costituzionale.
Viene da se che oltre a non essere mai esistita nella storia romana la duplice figura del dictator non esista neppure nella Riforma Costituzionale nessun articolo che concentri i poteri del premier o del governo ma questo è solo un insignificante dettaglio, che le balle sono come le ciliege, una tira l’altra.
Ora che altro dire di un personaggio che per giustificare le proprie seppur rispettabili opinioni inventa di sana pianta la figura dei due dictator? A voi l’ardua sentenza.

Altra cosa che mi fa meditare sono le interviste che giornalisti televisivi fanno ai Deputati all’ingresso del Parlamento. Non sanno mai niente delle leggi che purtroppo vanno a votare. Il bello che si scherniscono e sono quasi offesi a vedersi fermare. E noi, popolo meschino….che abbiamo lavorato tutta la vita, ci dobbiamo inchinare a questo.
